one game i liked to play was an adaptation of Rip Meat Loaf Legend Never Die Thank You Memories Shirt and seek where the kids would search out hiding spaces and i would attempt to find them. when i found them, they had to run and find another hiding space – but couldn’t run back to the one i had just found them in. we would do this for about 15-20 minutes a day; and even though there weren’t many places the children could hide, they became increasingly strategic with the way they would hide in the places they already knew were good hiding spots. they also learned to keep quiet while hiding there – something i didn’t teach them to do right away.
